Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Growing up in a small community in Alaska, I ventured out into the world wide-eyed and excited to dive into the world of beauty. Through three decades in the industry, I have come to realize that many in the field have had it all wrong. The beholder is you.

Beauty is more than what society says, and we owe it to ourselves and the next generation to enhance what we are naturally given, instead of constantly adapting our looks to forever changing standards.

This realization awakened a desire in me to start my own salon. Beauty has been redefined. Beauty is not dictated by others. Beauty is self confidence.

It’s a glow that comes from within, knowing that you are unique, strong and powerful. It’s loving yourself from within and letting your self confidence be one of your super powers.

You Medical Spa and Salon is my life’s work. It’s founded on empowering people to know that beauty comes from within, and we’re honored to be a part of your journey of being the best version of you.

Our salon, spa and cafe are a place of community. A place for people to come together for conversation, food, drinks and some pampering. We need more of that in this world right now. More talking to each other face-to-face, listening, asking questions, and having fun together.
