Cancellation Policy

All appointment cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any late cancellations will be result in a charge of 50% of the total service fee and any missed appointments will result in a charge of 100% of the total service.

Generally speaking, the information we collect is non-personal and limited to website activity in the form of analytics—user counts, pages viewed, and clicks. The goal is to optimize the website to attract the interest of businesses needing new builds, remodels, retrofitting, permitting, contracting, and construction services.

If a user uses our contact forms or calls us using a site phone number, we gather information to identify a specific person and attempt to make follow-up contact. We keep that information secure, and website information is deleted regularly to limit exposure to hacking opportunities.
