Cancellation Policy

All appointment cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any late cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the total service fee and any missed appointments will result in a charge of 100% of the total service.

Guests who have demonstrated a pattern of late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, or missed appointments may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit when booking future appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of the scheduled service but will not be refunded if the appointment is canceled or missed without proper notice.

Guests who file disputes or chargebacks with their banks for valid charges, where services were provided or products were purchased, will no longer be permitted to book future appointments at our establishment.
