Phoebe is a hairstylist. Growing up she enjoyed the confidence and “new identity” getting a fresh cut or color could provide. She has been interested in hair all her life. Styling her friends hair for events since she was 13, her specialty is formal styling. She works hard to keep current with the newest highlighting and haircut trends.
